After 2-3 days in the fridge it thickened to a smooth, velvety, rich soup. Just like Mum’s!

Mostly grey, dry (so far), 14°C.
Used up all leftover veggies in the pantry, bought some celery & made soup! Grilled strips of chicken to go with it.
Came out beautifully & ate it with bread as a mean meal today!

Ran late and opted for dinner rather than lunch.
Stewed courgette mixed w canned tuna & mornay sauce, gratin w gruyère cheese.
Looks like it was already eaten but taste was excellent!
