I often think of a question posed by a reporter early in his first term. The reporter (I can’t remember who) was clearly distressed and sincere when he asked, “What does he mean when he uses words?” It was a good question. It still is.

I will not believe that capt. bone spurs would allow anyone to take a shot at him. He is a coward. That doesn’t mean I believe the official story, though. It is his cowardice that makes me question it.
