SCOTUS doesn't respect the health, privacy, or lives of trans people. Their disastrous decision puts the lives of trans minors at risk in Tennessee. We can't let these courts ignore proven clinical research that doctor-prescribed trans-related healthcare saves lives. Another shameful day in America.

Today, Nancy Mace introduced a resolution to the House rules package that would ban trans women from using women's restrooms in the U.S. Capitol. This is being done as Sarah McBride is set to become the first openly-trans Member of Congress.

It remains very unclear how this rule would be enforced.

One of the hardest things to realize after this election was the number of policy wins we would have had in trans Veteran healthcare. However, now we are preparing for the mass removal of thousands of trans services members from the armed forces.

As a trans Veteran, I am so afraid of what will become of transition related healthcare with the Veterans Administration.

Also, the trans service ban is coming back as well potentially kicking out 9k - 15k trans service members.
