I tend to think this gets forgotten in discussions of science funding. There are many that want all three and that probably underlies a lot of the frustrations with the current postdoc issues.

That HUGE x-class solar flare that went off a few days back is impressive. The most powerful since 2017. 🔭🧪

Question for any helio-science folks on here:

Looking at NASA SDO filters, the timestamp on the flares is in the 10-min range - does it take this long to propagate through solar atmosphere?
