They were the ones that had that "ONLY FOR Game Boy Color" in the corner. If it didn't have that it was a dual mode game that would still run on the older hardware.
A while back I looked at the game lists on Wikipedia to see how heavily development trended to GBC-only, here's what I came up with.

It is pretty funny that after so many years of buildup, Metroid Prime 4 might be the game with the lesser reviews on its release date, compared to Octopath Traveler 0 which seems like a glow-up version of a mobile spinoff.

My latest Wplace project is the biggest yet, should take a couple months to finish it. There's probably only one person noticing my progress, but I've tried to start with the less obvious parts of the image to make the eventual reveal a bigger, stupider surprise.

Talk of RAM prices increasing made me curious about versions further behind state-of-the-art. Looking back my most recent purchase was July 2022 when I bought a pair of 32GB DDR4 sticks for right at $200. Same product page currently shows $350.
Looks like it spent a lot of time near $100.

Someone has made an interesting little tool that will make a bubble chart of one's most played Steam games. I've hidden a couple idle games that had thousands of hours of me not actually there. It's pretty clear the icons are not very circle-friendly at all, though.

This is another example of why I usually attach my middle initial as differentiation from the many many Joshua Slones of the world. Even so, this new guy is already wrecking my Google results.

Not as fancy as some of the pictures I see from elsewhere, and not as obvious to the naked eye as the previous time I saw an aurora, buuut that was something like 20 years ago so still a pretty rare sight.

Reading latest Switch patch notes, this is nice. When I did my Switch 1->2 transfer it was like "...and now I will download 100 of your digital games!" and I had to stop them individually before I could prioritize.

The section actually shows 3DS and Wii U games as well, but it's not as detailed and apparently doesn't have data from beyond February 2020.

The new Nintendo Store app seems half baked as a store, but for whatever reason they've included a very detailed Play Activity section with daily play time information for each game all the way back to Switch launch.
