I really try not to be a pain in depositions. If the opposing party is asking good questions, no objections. But when you get these questions with multiple dependent clauses with two separate questions, vague as to the time frame, etc., you have to make the objection.

I said the same thing in a deposition once. Long, stem-winding questions. I objected to practically every question in the deposition.
