They are bamboozling hardcore fans with subpar work. If anyone has an excuse to rush out stuff that looks like this, it's a solo indie dev. Way too much content to make and not enough time to make it. Yet, most solo devs would find this inexcusable as part of their 99 cent game. Much less a $30 skin
