She won’t. I’ve been emailing her office since Nov about 2 gaps in the Mill St bike lane that are leading drivers to *park on the sidewalk* every day (emailed her after local councillor and ped/cycling projects wouldn’t deal with it). Been told since Nov that staff is ‘strategizing’ solutions. 1/2

Honestly, he might not. Feels like this is about Toronto and settling scores. Same with the reduction of Council seats - claimed he’d look into doing it elsewhere and then just seemed to move on and forget about it.

Depends on depth of affordability but between this and Dougie's $200 cheques, the combined ~$8B could probably get you 10,000 to 15,000 RGI units or 40,000 to 50,000 below-market affordable rental units. Feels like that miiiiiiight be a better use of our tax dollars...
