And where is he getting that 27% from? Y'know, aside from the fact that he's literally just making it up. Even the best-performing malls are averaging a vacancy rate of 8.7%. 27% would be a collapse the likes of which could only happen under the management of someone who bankrupted three casinos.

But what I *really* find funny is that he seems to think the Magnificent Mile is one shopping center owned by a single company like a mall. "...and is ready to call it quits..." WHO?! WHO is ready to call it quits? Because the buildings are owned by multiple entities.
