It’s true. If it is only sycophantic attorneys who determine the merit as opposed to a court or a zealously opposed counsel, then they can just rubber stamp otherwise frivolous settlements through. Probably violates a slew of rules concerning duty of loyalty though

This is another negative impact of the shutdown capitulation though, since the Dems wound up getting nothing out of the vote,it allows repubs to run with this narrative that they held up the government for no good reason and are responsible for any negative impact

While it is true that our access was a result of the House subpoena to the estate, I highly doubt the SDNY investigation would not have thought to collect Epsteins emails through searches of hard drives and through ISP/email provider subpoenas. They have them too

If you are saying that this is not definitive as to Katie Johnson, then that’s fine and not unreasonable. If you are saying it’s not suspicious of any involvement on Trump’s part, then that’s “see no evil hear no evil”

Also the “my” refers to Jeffrey Epstein, his house. It’s true he had several. Is it your position that he kept his activities confined to one of them? Is there ANY reasonable interpretation of Trump spending hours alone with an Epstein victim at Epstein’s house besides the obvious?

I didn’t volunteer my interpretation of the document, I asked for your view of it. What difference does it make it it is referencing Katie Johnson or a different victim? The WH says it was Giuffre that was redacted
