A redesign of 1966 tokusatsu character "Ultraman" made to resemble the EVA Units from the anime "Neon Genesis Evangelion" A redesign of the Kaiju "Zetton". He's hunched forward with wide shoulders Giant golden sacks are lodged in his chest. His face is mostly featureless except for a glowing orange slit the appears in the middle of the face.
