I want to see data on how many of these early deaths were bc we did something like, fall down the steps when we stepped on an unseen object…or say, bang ourselves in the head with a door while opening because spatial awareness is also an ADHD thing.

On election night, right before I fell asleep at 2 AM, I turned off all of my personal email notifications and any news notifications to my phone. I still haven’t turned them back on. 10/10 recommend. I still know what’s going on, I just…am not reminded of how awful things are every five minutes?
