How is sending to Uganda not Cruel and Unusual punishment? Beyond law and the Constitution is just unimaginable that America would do that to anyone.

My limited experience was that every converation had to be preserved. Everything goes thrugh government servers that keep a record. On Signal, even if the server data could be retrieved, it cannot be decoded.
