The problem with ICE is not that they are aggressively arresting violent criminals; it's that they're aggressively arresting roofers and gardeners and dishwashers who aren't. Law needs to be changed so ordinary people who work and aren't criminals can't be deported and can become citizens.

Re: Venezuela. The sad thing is that if Trump were not so corrupt, I'd be celebrating Meduro's removal. But I fear the US is replacing a corrupt dictator with a corrupt oligarch.

The good news is that now Trump has a country where he can be absolute dictator without having to bother with courts or congress.

DOJ guidelines: "programs and activities comply with federal law and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, or other protected characteristics—no matter the program’s labels, objectives, or intentions." Sounds just like Voting Rights act they're opposing.

Now we know what the Alaska "Listening" meeting was about: Trump needed to hear Putin's terms of surrender. Europe and US have only one decision: go to war with Russia or surrender eastern Europe to the new USSR.

Post-summit: What does Trump have to offer Putin in exchange for peace? Nothing. The only thiing that will stop Putin is overwhelming power, and Trump will not do that. Ukraine should surrender.
