I agree but it'll neer happen. Labor will do a deal with the
Libs before giving in to sensible ideas from Greens or Indi's. They're both beholden to big business.

The real alternative isn’t the LNP, it’s a minority government where Labor is forced to do stuff *most voters want* like improve transparency, have an effective integrity commission, tax fossil fuel companies, curtail sports gambling advertising, and have an EPA

Let them invest as much as they want, without being subsidised by others. That money can be better spent elsewhere.

PR works well in Australia. By far the fairest way to run elections.

I'd settle for a bit of integrity. The NACC set up for example, disgusts me.

You're on a hiding to nothing here Dave. Maybe ask why so many thinking ex Labor voters feel the need for Indys.

Our overlapping interests are that the US want to use us as a launching pad for an attack on China. How stupid are we to go along with this folly.?

I hope it's better than last year. My premium went up 10% and when I questioned it they said the lesser approved rate was "averaged" over all members. ie Old people get slugged to encourage younger ones to stay in.

I just wish the crowd would give up on the "Aussie Aussie" chant. Glad I've got the mute. I'd hate to pay good money to see the tennis and have to listen to that crap.

Maybe, but I don't agree. I'd be happy with 3year fixed terms. We can them chuck them out sooner if they're no good.

On the Sodastream box it states that it's made in a factory with Jews and Arabs working together cooperatively.

Starmer seems to be modelling himself on our Australian Labor pm who's doing everything to out Tory the Tories and heading for a big shock at next election in a few months.

Maybe commissioner Brereton needs to stay in position to have some sort of control of events. A new operator may look under the carpets.
