So far, the only things I've published are stories I wrote during my MA two years ago, so in two years' time, I expect to see the stuff I'm writing now out in the world😅

It's all about persistence. Rejections sometimes still get to me, but I now realise it often doesn't correlate with quality!

True, I like to try and forget as much as I can before another draft tbh. Hopefully I'll think it's amazing and needs very little work but that's unlikely ahahaha

Dabbling in something different to the main WIP is a great way to stay motivated in my opinion. Although I say that and then look at my novel wip folder with two different quarter complete first drafts...

Atm its scifi and i want to get some shorts out there. But I dabble. My published short work consists of horror and "literary"(a term I dislike)fiction.
My last major project was fantasy/scifi, but my current novel is scifi/fantasy lol. How about you? Primarily comic-fantasy or have you dabbled?
