FYIO. My heat pump (aka a bunch of pipes, a compressor, and a fan) has stopped working. It's only generating cold air instead of hot air. There's just one part I haven't checked #yet: a metal box with screws and a label that says "Do not open". I'm an #engineer, and now it's personal.
