Positioning is one of the best ways to have a competitive advantage during RFPs & sales cycles.

But..

To do it right.

Analysing your current set-up can give you GOLD.

Your:
- Experience.
- Resources.
- Connections & unique strengths.

I try to have 3-5 calls a week with other founders - whether they’re prospects, peers in communities I’m in, founders I haven’t spoken to yet, ex colleagues..

My Mantra for enterprise sales is simple 🫡

1. Obsessive patience: Be overly patient if you want to win long term partnerships. Put eggs in multiple baskets to spread risk.

2. Anytime, all the time: Don’t wait for the perfect moment..start talking to folks now. Personalise. Don’t spray and pray.

Especially if they are in your ICP industry.
