One of my cats is FIV+. We've had him for about 7 years so far. Not a huge problem for an indoor cat. Main problem is the two times he's escaped, gotten beat up, and incurred low four-figure vet bills because he ended up with a big nasty abscess.

As such, I choose to ignore the tyranny of DNA evidence attempting to reclassify me as a small wolf (Canis lupaster), and will instead refer to all the *rest* of you as various types of jackal.

I can't help but picture"dissolved" as a very slow and tedious way to take off someone's pants if they're too tied up to remove nondestructively.
