Here’s a good Bluesky sports test. Anyone have thoughts on this 12 team SF best ball draft that I started from the 1.1 and think I like the most of all my teams through five rounds? This is a really entertaining build, with potential!

I will put the microbreweries in the Eastern Townships up against any area in the country. This was a quick stop at a random grocery store just to see what they had that I hadn’t tried last year. Ridiculous. These are all from various small towns within 20 mins from here.

You might think I should trim back my garden. But you do not understand. One day I plan to sit down here and just let the plants have me.

This is absolutely not a knock on the Globe and Mail, a paper I happily subscribe to, because both these stories are AP. I just think it’s a wild comment on the state of the world when the two leading headlines on most major news sites are predicated by “Trump says”, with no other confirmation.

Ok I think this is a typo on his part but I hope it isn’t, because describing golf as “take ur 15ft for par and be contempt with it” makes both the writer and golfer in me just incredibly happy with an incredible turn of phrase.

You know, I was just explaining to someone what a ridiculous news day it was in Toronto today and then I thought I’d check the score in the Jays game and honestly, I should have known!

I hope this person gets more help than five grafs from an advice columnist.

I honestly had to check and make sure this image is real, because it seemed like just a perfect photoshop of the problem with this campaign, but:

I really tried to explain to the BBC folks how incredible and unprecedented this election turnaround is. And then I check in tonight to see @338canada.bsky.social with this and I think I might have understated it. This is just… man idk.

Listen, obviously the US military could absolutely destroy Canada if that was their goal. But I would like to, Game of Thrones-style, challenge them to trial by single combat, at which point Florida would become the 60th province.

Also even if he can’t save the Pens he is carrying me, personally, to a pretty good playoff seed. And you know how those loyalties go.

In my heart I felt like 98-04 was a wasteland but surprised to see this was a pretty good year for albums that hold up.

Post a fictional character who you think would be an antivaxxer.

Hard mode: No villains.

Idk why but I’m absolutely sure of this one.
