If I apply Priest first → Deadpool exiled. Does Priest have Deadpool's textbox?

If I apply Deadpool first → does he enter with Priest's text box?
Is Deadpool exiled?
if exiled, does Priest get the DP textbox?

Since both are "as enters" effects, can I choose?

Does Deadpool enter tapped, untapped, or player's choice (depending on the order)?

That’s a different intent than what exiling from exile does, should it be added to the rules ?
Otherwise, thanks, and I’ll let @mtgo knows about that since they handle that differently
