The DfE should collect data on the proportion of children who are placed out of area because its in their own interests vs with those placed out of area due to capacity issues, so the situation can be properly monitored (Recommendation, Para47) Ed Committee

I'm writing up conversations with YP who were moved far away & were at risk of missing episodes & grooming. We need to know why children are moved & how to keep them safe - sign our petition.
