Absolutely. I'm not a cricket fan, but I always suspected the answer would be to play well, whereas they seem to make the mistake of playing badly. Someone should probably tell them tbh.

One thing that Trump has shown us that he is, is startlingly inconsistent. Could that lead to a small chance of a turnaround? Or do you think he's too much in Putin's pocket for any chance at all?

I occasionally entertain myself by wondering which *actual* truth in the world would surprise me most, were I to find it out.

Staying on there helps to fund (or at least to normalise) fascism IMO. Probably worth staying a little more ignorant about your local news if no other sources are available.

Must admit, the whole staring-at-a-car-crash type phenomenon kept me there far longer than it should have. Glad to be out of it now though.
