The 3rd party must show:

A direct and lawful interest in the subject matter (e.g. reputational, legal, or professional impact)
That their intervention would assist the tribunal in reaching a fair decision
That it would not prejudice the parties or disrupt proceedings

You fail on all these.

She isn’t a KC.

You might at least try and make some small effort to get your facts right.

There are Scottish Rules of Procedure which you obviously don’t understand, and (as your site is now based in the US to get round the legal issues you have in the UK) you don’t have a direct interest.

How much is due to:

1) Anti-Musk Sentiment?
2) Engagement Farming?
3) Increase of Hatred?
4) The Lack of Nuance (Either For Me Or Against Me)?
5) The Lack of Moderation (That Works)?
6) No Longer Supplying what Twitter Provided?
7) It Just Isn’t Fun Anymore?

BlueSky might also need to be careful.

X is seeing a fairly dramatic fall in active users across Europe.

“We found that X had a total of 94.8 million monthly active users in Europe in the 2025 report, down 13.2% from the 109.2 million it had a year ago.”

I wonder why?

Do you think one of his team is deliberately taking the piss out of him?

Robert Crampton in @thetimes.com today showing how absolutely mad researchers can be, and leaves me wondering who on earth they talked to in order to get these results… apart from, ummm, some other rather strange Americans.

Absolutely.

As I wrote BTL on the actual article.

There are over 20,000 staff in DEFRA, and 230 odd of these flights in a year doesn’t seem over the top.

DEFRAs spend is over £2.7bn, so this is about 0.02% of their budget.

“Believe the anti-hype. It’s that bad.. It represents a new low for cultural desecration and for a venerable 102-year-old entertainment company that now looks at its source material with a pinched nose of disgust.”

Ouch.

The Times shouldn’t sit on the fence.

Their review of the live action version of Smow White rips it to pieces, and ends up giving it one ⭐️!

Oh what a shame…

X(Twitter) is having problems.

@thetimes report on the Utd game was obviously written before the result:

“If Amorim wanted to know why Moyes had managed a new-manager bounce… he only needed to watch the first five minutes of this convincing Everton victory to see the difference.“

Everton victory?

I thought it was a 2-2 draw.

A question.

Why do @Canderel only put one sweetener in each of the packets, when it is obvious that anyone that they will need at least two, especially when they are having a deep fried full English breakfast alongside their cup of tea?

There would be less wastage to double the number in each one.

Probably the worst named product in the history of marketing…. But it is brilliant stuff.

I have always been amazed that Joe Root, with his 36 Test centuries - has yet to reach the milestone in an away Ashes series. He has played 27 innings in Australia, averaging 35.68 and with a highest score of 89.
