Brady notes they're still working on compliance in some ways. For example, they're still ordering bedding: "If we come out and we don't have the stuff to implement the TRO yet, you're going to be seeing it prematurely."

DOJ attorney Jana Brady complains "it is literally impossible to get them what they want" in the time frame they're working in. She says they've asked for video footage, and Brady has been told "in order to pull one day of video footage, it takes a week."

McNally noted that TROs last 14 days, basically pointing out that the clock is ticking and asking the attorneys what they plan to do.
