Properly fund services for the work they are commissioned to do. Invest in workforce expansion /planning and be proactive as opposed to reactive. The only way to cut waiting times is fully staffed services of the right establishment numbers to see pt’s in a timely manner.

Yep - can get a seat at Ware, but the trains are bigger than before the pandemic, so passenger numbers may actually have returned to then (on a Thursday, anyway!).
