Watching 10 Things I hate about you. This was one of those movies I would watch all of the time on cable and loved it. Now it just makes me sad to remember a time when I thought I had a bright future ahead of me.

I think the best part about quitting my IT job to pursue a software engineering job is that after failing to achieve that goal. Not only is Monday not a paid day off anymore. I have to work the entire weekend on top of Monday.

The place I have been getting my insulin pump supply doesn't take my new employer provided insurance. None of the places on the list the insurance gave me to call carry pump supplies. I feel like every part of this healthcare system want me to hurry up and die and decrease the surplus population.

I need to get out of the habit of making self deprecating jokes. They really do make me laugh and I think that gives them some value. On the flip side I am not sure they are good for my psyche or other people’s impression of me.
