That is complicated. In general a standard slice of white bread is roughly 15g of carbs. Waffles and pancakes are much less standardized. From what I have seen a pancake can be anywhere from 10g to 30g, but waffles can get out of control quickly.

I have already asked the ladies I work with and they are NOT ok with me making the room we work in smell like primer. Oh well I guess I will just have to get high on fumes at home by myself.
