Love this. ‘Queue’ is from the French word with the same spelling (but pronounced as ‘kuh’) meaning an animal’s long tail.

In the 18th and 19th centuries it also referred to a pigtail and was sometimes spelled as ‘cue’, which gave us the name of the long thin rod used in snooker.

I'm getting back to teaching on Outschool a few hours a week.

I'm running very small-group online Story Mentoring with some of my old students, who are now aged 9-13.

I've been away from online educating for a whole year, but this idea really excited me - a bespoke dynamic curric of tales!
