I have seen a bit of critique of "No Kings" as too centrist or passive. I get that to some extent. I don't think signs alone are going to lead to real change here in the US.

New Years is coming up and I am offering a little advice for new health resolutions: start slow, expect setbacks and make a little progress every month. I’ve had 9 back surgeries, last one in 2016. Woke up in an ICU where I spent a week and a half. I had to learn how to walk again.
