Had a good day of clamming and seaweed harvesting yesterday on Vashon Island. Lots of rock and gravel digging and keeping most all over 2 inches. Seaweed is the best at this time and the miso soup turned out perfectly. River otter already had a baby hidden inside a log. Bald eagle failed to get them

I had a nice Amtrak train trip to Eugene Oregon to visit two friends. Went for two hikes. Two record stores. Dry bar and a bakery.

I found an interesting map from 1991. It shows the USSR vote to leave stats. Putin probably uses the vote data for purges and assasinations.
