Wasn't 'too big to fail' meant to refer to how a company cannot be allowed to collapse less it ruins the economy. Is the implication supposed to be that other countries will bail us out or is punditry a fundamentally flawed conxept?

Maybe either the War of 1812 and/or the Civil War. But the former was kickstarted by the US and then turned defensive, and the Civil War was the US defending itself from itself. So yes, with the caveat being the US was the one to start the wars in the first place.

Somewhat relatedly, my own issue with brain upload is with consciousness and how we don't know how it is created. Also, a large part of thinking requires the usage of hormones, and as far as I know, I can't stress my computer with cortisol. I have to do it with hundreds of open tabs instead.

Either just the basic autocorrect that comes with most text software or reading up on the rules of grammar.

I presume its because being that high causes one to dehumanize or not to care about others, because how else can you think oneself good, and thus one can start to treat others as playthings or mere nuisances, because they really aren't people now, are they?

Even when I thought like that, my thought was that rewarding that tendency should be done for when someone is actually doing something good, like, I don't know, giving tax breaks to companies that didn't have accidents, paid their workers well. or something. And also make jobs like nursing pay well.
