“Work requirements” throw people off Medicaid. 1) Fast food place offers mom with 2 kids only part time work, but latch key only offers full time slots. Simpler/cheaper for them 2) Work only school hrs? Documentation nightmare in gig economy and people you clean house for don’t document to gov.
