This time of year is a time of shedding and dismembering. Learn from the trees and the leaves that fall. Learn from the birds that fly away to a warmer climate. Learn and be in the longer nights. What do you not need to hold onto anymore?

Looks like Monterey is taking a big step for resource stewardship. Acquiring a privately owned “public” utility, or at least starting the process. Hopefully the next phase doesn’t take another 5 years (it was expected to take 9 months for a feasibility study but ran a bit over schedule)
Does public water have a chance? A critical vote in the journey to take over Cal Am happens tonight....

If California is going to require firms with excess revenue of 1bn, we have 5,300 companies that will have new jobs opening and skills employees will need to develop. Looking into what the actual deliverables will be now.
