Thoughts on this? One way Disc E discourages over-optimising/strategising is by making failure rewarding. Why chase the right outcome when you can chase the wrongest?

Working on something new and it's getting weird.
My first solo dev work was with RenPy, then I fell HARD for inky.
And yet I'm back at RenPy suddenly as though called by siren waifus. But the the weird thing is... I'm BETTER at RenPy now despite 5 years not touching it.
Odd.

In the unimportant but frustrating saga of my Huawei, whatsapp needs to be updated.
But it will not be. It agrees to every step: download, threat check, installation. All completed.
Yet it then tells me to do it again. And again.
I am about to uninstall the app, losing my message history.
