Ridiculous. I wonder if you’d be able to contact any local repairmen and see if they could grab your work order. When I was contacted by the contractor, they asked me for a number that I didn’t have. Later that day I got an email from Midea with the work order number.

I filled out the form for a repair on 6/5, got a call from a local AC repair shop contracted by Midea on 6/17, then they came out to clean, check, and add a drainage valve on 6/26. They also provided baggies of additional drainage valves that they say need to be swapped every summer.

The image attached is a little simplified, it makes more sense when one (or more) of the colored balls is actually a longer chain of additional elements/bonds.

An extension of #1, Chirality is also a property for molecules. If a molecule is reflected across a plane and can’t be rotated to be superimposed over the original molecule, the molecule is considered “chiral”. “Achiral” molecules show no difference after reflection.
