@caseynewton.bsky.social just listened to the last episode ending with vibe coding. Glad you all touched on it. I definitely feel there is a coming "donut" in coding that isn't being addressed and will lead to a lack of experienced engineers. Juniors will struggle to gain the expertise to ramp up
