All this just to fall for the same shit they did last time this happened. Same old Dem party I guess

Catching up on editing some images. This is a cool region in the constellation Cygnus with two Wolf-Rayet stars, the ever-popular Crescent Nebula, aka NGC6888, in the top left and WR134 in the bottom right.

Been a bit lazy about editing photos lately, but finally decided to finish one up.

IC1318 - Sadr Region and the Butterfly in Cygnus

Another quick project now that the weather is finally getting better. M8 and M20, the Lagoon and Trifid Nebulae in LRGB. Dark skies and bright objects are basically a cheat code, making targets like this almost easy.

Another from Starfront Observatories, part of the Rho Ophiuchi cloud complex.
15hrs total exposure time, shot with Cat91 telescope and Player One Poseidon-M Pro camera.

A quick two-panel mosaic on the Blue Horsehead nebula, shot from Starfront Observatories

About 10.5 total hours, shot with Cat91 telescope, Player One Poseidon-M camera, and Antlia LRGB filters

Been a slow spring for astro but I finally got around to finishing an image. 75hrs on Messier 83, a very tough target from the northern hemisphere as it is pretty low in the sky.

My latest from Starfront Remote Observatories, Sh2-284

The main object in this image, Sh2-284, is interesting object that reminds me of another Sharpless object, the Lion Nebula, with its distinctive separation between an Oiii heavy region and an Ha heavy region

Last night's full moon, before the eclipse and during totality, plus a view of my telescope pointing at the blood moon

Getting the GT71 ready for imaging but still waiting on the camera I ordered to ship, so hey, why not have a Moon pic

Keeping with the theme of "nebula that vaguely resemble animals", next up is the Seagull Nebula.

This large emission nebula is in the constellation Monoceros and has several interesting features throughout, including a couple small planetary nebulae.

Been a slow February for #astrophotography, so I went back and reprocessed my Elephant Trunk data, this time in an HOO palette instead of the SHO palette I previously did

First image with the Cat91 from Starfront Observatories, and a target I've wanted to go after for a while now, this is Sh2 308, aka the Dolphin Head nebula. It is a bubble-like nebula surrounding a Wolf-Rayet star.

Another one from Starfront Observatories, and my last image with the RedCat51 + 533MM combo, this is the Jellyfish Nebula. The Jellyfish is an interesting case of a supernova remnant interacting with surrounding molecular clouds, giving it it's unique shape.

Another one from Starfront Remote Observatories, a widefield shot of Messier 81 and Messier 82, aka Bode's and Cigar Galaxies. Gravitational interaction between M81 and M82 gives M82 its unique look.
The dust around them is what's known as IFN, or Integrated Flux Nebulae.

My latest from Starfront Remote Observatories, 48hrs on Sh2-216 in HOO with RGB stars. It is large in appearance and is one of the closest planetary nebulae to us. Despite it's large apparent size, it is still fairly dim.

Obligatory yearly Messier 45 aka the Pleiades image. Roughly 17hrs LRGB, shot from Starfront Remote Observatories.

This is going to be one of my last images taken with the RedCat51 + 533MM combo, as I'll soon have a new remote setup and a new sensor for my SpaceCat51 at home

A quick project with the MiniCat51, a widefield shot of the Horsehead, Flame, and Orion nebulae (among others). One night of imaging totaling just over 7hrs, shot from the ASKC DSS with the WO MiniCat51 and ASI2600MC Duo

My latest from Starfront Remote Observatories, the dusty region around NGC1333.
About 44hrs of LRGB and another 22hrs of Ha (which didn't really add much imo), captured with a RedCat51 telescope, ASI533MM Pro camera and Antlia HaLRGB filters

A recent Starfront Remote project and the companion to the Heart Nebula, this is the Soul Nebula.
About 46hr total exposure time, shot with a RedCat51, ZWO ASI533MM Pro, and Antlia Ha/Oiii filters (RGB filters for the stars)

Next pieces of the puzzle are the Player One Poseidon-M Pro (same sensor as the popular ZWO 2600MM), Player One filter wheel, and Antlia LRGBSHO filters.
Build quality on the P1 seems great, can't wait to get the first images with this setup

New William Optics RedCat91 got here a little earlier than expected! Plan is for it to replace the RC51 at the remote observatory, but first I'm going to put it through the paces at home
