Key points:

+ Stable eGFR at week 96 (+2.5 mL/min/1.73 m²)
+ Gd-IgA1 production down 50% at week 96
+ Proteinuria (UPCR) reduced by 55.2% at week 96

This is at week 96, 18 *months* after treatment was discontinued at week 24. #NephSky #KidneyWk #IgAN #IgANephropathy

Guessing that if this is successful, each one would go to a patient in need, the pig will be euthanized and its biomarkers studied, and the bacon goes to waste.

Plus there's telitacicept, though that trial was only in China. Poveticicept comes this afternoon. So not only the question of BAFF+APRIL vs. APRIL alone, but now which variety works best?

Yet another one...

"The key secondary end point of annualized eGFR slope estimated over 24 months currently remains blinded to preserve ongoing trial integrity and is not reported here."

Sounds beneficial even without albuminaria and with low eGFR. I'm selfishly extra curious how SGLT2 inhibitors stack with other therapeutics in patients who are in remission and with stable eGFR.
