I’m no policy expert, but….can you really be “America First” if you allow millions of Americans to go hungry?

white privilege: when a Black president can’t wear a tan suit but a white president can tear down a portion of the White House, post a video of him dropping shit on American citizens, and pardon a former elected official who was convicted of fraud, all in the span of a few days.

For the fourth, can we celebrate freedom when millions are stripped of healthcare? When women are denied access to life-saving care and children go hungry? When working people are stolen from their jobs and rural hospitals are on the brink of collapse?

This is exploitation dressed in patriotism.

My four-year-old son walking through an empty parking lot one block from an urban main street… “There’s no cars here. Why is this parking lot even here?”
