To grow our party, we need a leader that can articulate our Green vision, inspire British Columbians to act, and deliver results.
I know what it takes to run for office as a Green and win.

If I'm elected @bcgreens.bsky.social Leader, my first priority will be to travel the province talking to British Columbians about how we can build a clean, sustainable economy that benefits local communities. #bcpoli

Experts are casting doubt on the long-term viability of LNG projects, which are expensive to build and risk becoming stranded assets.

As other countries race to transition to clean energy, oil and gas is as risky for the economy as it is for the climate.

Climate change is costing our economy billions of dollars a year from extreme weather damage, drought, crop failure and supply chain disruptions.

It is sheer lunacy to keep pumping carbon emissions into the air when we can see with our own eyes how damaging it is.

We need productive solutions, like more non-market housing, a strategy for a clean economy and a skills and jobs plan for youth.

As BC Greens leader, I would push to fully fund the ICET through the @bcgreencaucus.bsky.social agreement with government, invigorating coastal economies and advancing reconciliation. #bcpoli

A good place to start would be be by fully funding the Island Coastal Economic Trust, an exciting and significant opportunity the government has chosen to ignore.

This water is contaminated by fracking and can’t be used until it is cleaned.

This is unacceptable - our water should be used for local, sustainable industries, not multinational conglomerates like the LNG industry.

Ensuring students have the support and resources they need is the best investment we can make in the future of our province.

Whether it's a lagging economy or the mental health crisis, we can't afford the consequences of this short-sighted decision making.
