Recently completed this book recommended to me by my psychology professor @ianrwells.bsky.social. Jon Ronson is turning into one of my favourite modern authors - his honesty and dedication to produce such a book is astounding and his writing style as entertaining as the bizarre characters he meets

Couldn’t recommend this book enough. The original murder mystery that influenced so many, and surprisingly way ahead of its time in its portrayal of women and different cultures. Very addictive and so hard to put down sometimes, resulting in a few very tired mornings! 9/10

Next I’ll be reading “The Moonstone” by Wilkie Collins, which I picked this up from Jade Mountain second hand bookshop in Southsea. A slight departure from my last book, this promises to be a story wrapped in mystery and suspense, although the previous owner was clearly not a fan…..

Just finished “The Psychopath Test” by John Ronson. I’d heard great things and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Filled with fascinating anecdotes, dry wit and compelling thoughts on the very nature of our societies, it’s a must read for anybody remotely interested in psychology
