We hope the tool assists policymakers, employers and partner countries in understanding these labyrinthine, interconnected systems.

Recent On Think Tanks report hints at anxiety of growing cultural split (and diminished influence) b/w think tanks and governments.

Rarely acknowledged: think tank staff + politicians tend(ed) to be of the same class (revolving door, see recent Labour appointees). Not the case with new movements.
