Wow. You were way ahead of the curve. It’s much worse than George jr now and I can’t imagine Canada ever getting close to what we are dealing with now. But that might be a limit of my imagination.

Agree! It’s easier now, I think, with online therapy so you can see someone outside your immediate community. Finding a good fit however? Challenging for sure.

Exactly, right? And yet I have clients who really struggle with how to deal with that situation.

I do both also, and it feels like the best of all worlds. The shared physical space makes for a more nuanced connection but the closeness of faces on telehealth is also surprisingly intimate.
