Between 2010 and 2011, photographer Charles Fréger traveled across Europe photographing various folk costumes depicting "beast people."
According to the photographer, "these characters or emblematic animals represented protective figures or symbols of fertility" possibly echoes of pagan customs.

Dark hair with white bangs and sides, he's dressed with a lab coat over a green comfy turtle neck sweater, his tired sad expression is accentuate by the odd glow of the two gelatinous-like entity decorating his forehead like horns. Orange to the base to a bright blue on the tip, resambling sea slugs one is relaxed covering the right side of his face the other is up to let one eye to watch us. The eye is inhumanly in colors, matching the slugs, with a brigth yellow pupil. Im having such a blast feeling all the creative energy on the site (and outside)!! Seeing everyone so happy to receiving art is such a balsam for the heart 🥰💚
