Belgium has just doubled its range of fines directed at commercial drivers. Hundreds - sometimes thousands of €’s for even the slightest tachograph oversight or admin error.
I’ve come up with a method of streamlining the workflow.

A lady in a bread-maker machine group posted a recipe for plain old “sandwich bread”.
Now I’ve often had trouble with the machine - producing a hot brick at the end of the process.
So I followed her directions - to the letter - and it turned out great!
