No they don’t, while the British public are generally tolerant of ‘trans’ they won’t accept that men should have access to women’s spaces, services & sports. YouGov poll from 2024 & the previous one in 2020 👇🏼 show a clear change in opinion because people have come to realise ‘transwomen’ are men.

This does not seem to be legally literate, see the Forstater case, Peggie was within her rights to point out that Upton is a man, in fact she had to point this out in order make her case that he shouldn’t be in the women’s changing room.

Exhibit 2, a woman is not allowed to call a man who claims to be a woman a ‘man’ or say that he is ‘not a woman’.
The right to express these reality based beliefs was settled by the Forstater ruling even before the FWS judgement.

And yet it happens, this is a non-exhaustive list of 236 ‘transwomen’ who have predated on women & children. ONS figures for prisons show that ‘transwomen’ are much more likely to have convictions for sexual assault than the general male prison population.
