Not many attacking options on our bench - but with our XI so strong, you’d like to think we’ll have enough to win.

Foden doesn’t score or assist for several games at a time - but he scores in one game and all of a sudden, pundits love him.

Talent is undeniable - consistency is severely lacking.

Haaland has 13 goals, the next top City scorer has 1.

Yet our over-reliance on set-plays is worse…

The saltiness just makes it better.

The noise around us just having set-plays is delicious.

Boring?

We have the 2nd highest goal tally!

Anything to make you feel better I guess…

Has anyone else noticed the sharp drop in absolute clangers from goalies this season?

It might be the new PL ball, but there hasn’t been anywhere near as many game-changing errors from keepers so far.

Maybe the standard has gone up - but it’s definitely noticeable.

Big Bill signs on as Arsenal’s progress is clear
I want to talk about Big Bill Saliba and the news that broke yesterday, but before I do that, a sad word for a young man who lost his life this week - Billy Vigar - who was once an Arsenal academy gra...

Remember when we got such shit for not setting up to win a game?
Where’s the same backlash for City with their 5-5-0 formation?
They deserved nothing from that game.

Great goal for Ethan last night. It's a reminder of why he's still valuable in a wide position if you ask me - his goal output from last season showed that - www.suburbangooners.com/2025/09/09/e...
Ethan should still have a wide role at The Arsenal
Given that we play them at home at the weekend, I really hope that Forest's decision to sack Nuno Espirito Santo in the early hours of this morning have a destabilising effect on them for when they ro...

Yep, we didn’t play well.
Yep, we gave a few too many chances away.
But we got the 3pts. Look how many times L’pool didn’t play to their best but still grabbed the points.
When you’re not playing well - you still have to find a way to grab the W.

There might be a game this weekend for Arsenal, but I think it’ll still give time for Arteta to have a think ahead of the PSG game. Ødegaard needs to as well - his form needs to pick up - www.suburbangooners.com/2025/05/01/t...
Thinking time for Arteta (and Odegaard) these next few days
Some days it's really easy to just brain dump a load of Arsenal thoughts on to the page. Today is not one of those days. I'm still kind of reeling from the defeat to PSG in the first leg, but what has...

The magnitude of @arsenalwomensc.bsky.social performance against Lyon cannot be overstated.

In a Chsmpions League semi-final too. This is a display for the ages.

Berta’s most important job this summer isn’t transfer targets.

It’s getting contract extensions for Nwaneri, MLS, Saka and Saliba.

Let’s not overlook the fact that our patched up defence earned a clean sheet against Mbappe, Rodrygo and Vinicius Jr.

Exactly what most thought they couldn’t do.

An absolute masterclass across the pitch.

Missing Gabi is huge.
Best, most consistent player this season.
Only Timber, Rice, Saka and Raya have come close to his levels.
