What ho, Wednesday! We found this amongst the collection - a poster from a production of ‘By Jeeves’ in Japan from 2014. It looks like it was a glorious production. Let’s hope there’s others to come soon!

This is a brilliant book. If you haven’t yet read this latest in the series, do!
It has been three weeks since the release of The Mainstay. It's been a whirlwind, but I could not be more excited about the next phase of the series. #TheTopazFiles

What ho, Wednesday! Wodehouse’s lyrics inspired the Broadway Gershwin musical ‘Nice Work if You Can Get It’ starring Matthew Broderick and Kelli O’Hara among others. It closed in 2013 after nearly 500 shows! Let’s hope it’s reprieved soon.

Thanks to His Excellency #VikramDoraiswami, the High Commissioner for India to the UK, for a wonderful talk to @pgwsocietyuk.bsky.social last evening. It was lovely to see so many Society members at the event. And we were joined by the President of the USA (of the PG Wodehouse Society US that is 😉).

Yesterday there was a small service of remembrance marking the 50th anniversary death of PGW at Westminster Abbey. Pictured are Sir Stephen Fry, Hugh Laurie, and Sir Edward Cazalet, Wodehouse's step-grandson. With thanks to Patrick Kidd for the photograph.

What ho, Wednesday! As Valentine’s Day approaches we’re trying to think of the best Wodehouse character to emulate when it comes to wooing. Perhaps a collection of wooings, such as 'The Man with Two Left Feet' will fit the bill.
