This Is totally unacceptable on every level. How could we have a communications team with absolutely no standards? Who should be held accountable?

Perhaps most alarming to me though is that the first verification question they asked us both was whether we are registered to vote in CO.
Why does that have any bearing on eligibility to pay for the privilege of seeking healthcare that we then pay more out of pocket for?! What a broken system!

The agent we spoke to this morning re-instated it - as of Aug 1st, so he's not currently covered. What the heck?! #PSA: Apparently we are supposed to sign into the portal every month and proactively check for updates or requests.
